ADB-Japan Scholarship Program 2026 for ADB Member Countries (Fully Funded)

The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program 2026 invites applications from qualified citizens of ADB’s developing member countries to pursue graduate studies in various fields such as economics, business, and technology at selected institutions in Asia and the Pacific. This fully funded scholarship aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of future leaders in development-related fields.

The program not only covers tuition fees but also provides a subsistence allowance, medical insurance, and travel support, ensuring that scholars can focus on their studies without financial burden.

Applicants must be nationals of ADB borrowing member countries, not hold dual citizenship with any developed country, and must have gained admission to an approved master's course. Candidates should possess at least two years of professional experience, be under 35 years old, and agree to return to their home country for at least two years after completing their studies.
