Eligibility
Applicants must be nationals of ADB borrowing member countries, not hold dual citizenship with any developed country, and must have gained admission to an approved master's course. Candidates should possess at least two years of professional experience, be under 35 years old, and agree to return to their home country for at least two years after completing their studies.
