ADB Young Professionals Program 2017 for Recent Graduates (Salary USD 81,000-97,200)

The ADB Young Professionals Program (YPP) offers a 3-year fixed-term appointment at ADB headquarters for highly qualified and motivated individuals. Participants will initially join one of ADB’s operational departments and later rotate to another department, gaining diverse experience and developing their expertise in various aspects of ADB's work.

Young professionals will set up a developmental plan with guidance from supervisors, identifying learning programs to enhance their technical skills and familiarize themselves with ADB policies and procedures.

Applicants must be:

• Not more than 32 years old upon joining ADB.
• Hold a university degree in relevant fields such as economics, finance, business administration, engineering, social sciences, or public policy.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in fields like macroeconomics, climate change, public health, or urban planning.
• A national of one of ADB’s member countries.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to work with diverse teams.

Expected salary ranges from USD 81,000 to USD 97,200 per year.
