Associate National Project Officer – Education
UNESCO is inviting applications for the position of Associate National Project Officer – Education, based in New Delhi. This role focuses on advancing sustainability and education outcomes through innovative programme implementation as part of the HP FUTURES initiative, a collaboration with the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
The selected candidate will lead efforts within the Greening Education pillar, contributing to broader regional initiatives across South Asia. Responsibilities include programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical implementation, particularly in sustainability-focused education initiatives.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold an advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Education, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Social Sciences, or related fields. Less than two years of relevant professional experience in education programme implementation, project coordination, or environmental education is required. Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hindi are essential.
