Associate, Program Management (Higher Education)
Open Society Foundations is inviting applications for the position of Associate, Program Management (Higher Education). This full-time role is available in multiple locations, including Mexico City, Nairobi, Rio de Janeiro, and Bogotá. The Associate will support the Higher Education team, focusing on managing grants and strengthening higher education systems aligned with open society values.
The program aims to promote academic freedom, support universities, advance inclusion for displaced students, and strengthen collaboration across global education networks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives in higher education while working within a global philanthropic network.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) and relevant experience in NGOs, universities, think tanks, or development organizations. Strong skills in project management, strategic thinking, and communication are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
