Eligibility
- Nationals of South Sudan, Somalia, or Djibouti.

- Hold a degree in marine science, environmental economics, engineering, or similar areas.
- Demonstrate a commitment to return and work in their home country after studies.
- Strong academic record and professional experience are essential.
