The Blue Grant Scholarship 2026 is an opportunity for mid-career professionals to pursue graduate-level studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC) under the IGAD-led BE-Prosper initiative. Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Citizens of South Sudan, Somalia, or Djibouti
- Aged between 25 and 40 years
- Hold a relevant undergraduate degree in fields such as marine science, environmental economics, or natural resource management
- Have professional experience in sectors related to marine or coastal industries. This scholarship is specifically aimed at mid-career professionals, not recent graduates.
