The Croatian Government Scholarship 2026 provides fully funded opportunities for international students, researchers, and educators to pursue academic and professional goals in Croatia. This scholarship supports study or research in any field at accredited Croatian higher education or research institutions during the 2026/2027 academic year.

Eligibility
- Citizens of nations with a current bilateral agreement with Croatia (for Application Pool 1).
- A minimum of two semesters must be spent at the home university for most scholarships.
- MA programs require a bachelor’s degree, PhD programs require a master’s degree, and postdoctoral research requires a PhD.
- Minimum B1 proficiency in Croatian for Croatian language programs; proficiency in either Croatian or English depending on the program.
- Maximum Age: 30 years for those pursuing a BA, MA, or PhD; no upper age limit for language programs and postdoctoral scholars.
