Dubai Scholarship: Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme 2026-27 Opens

The Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme is designed to support Emirati students in pursuing higher education at leading universities worldwide. With a budget of Dh1.1 billion (approximately $300 million USD), the program offers 100 fully funded scholarships annually, covering tuition, accommodation, living expenses, and health insurance. This initiative not only aims to enhance educational opportunities but also to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Dubai.

Open to Emirati students aged 16 to 20 who have completed high school, the program emphasizes inclusivity across various educational curricula. By investing in its youth, Dubai is positioning itself as a global hub for innovation and knowledge, aligning with its broader economic goals.

Eligible applicants must be Emirati students aged between 16 and 20 who have completed their high school education during the 2023–24, 2024–25, or 2025–26 academic years. Applications are accepted from students across all curricula offered in Dubai’s schools, including British, American, International Baccalaureate (IB), and Emirati curricula.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, health insurance, and support for visa applications and logistical arrangements for studying abroad.
