Dubai Scholarships 2026/2027: Apply Now for Fully Funded Program

The Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme offers 100 fully funded scholarships for Emirati students pursuing bachelor's degrees at leading global universities. With a total budget of Dh1.1 billion, this initiative aims to support outstanding Emirati graduates and develop future leaders capable of driving Dubai's economic growth.

Launched in 2024, the program focuses on strategic fields such as artificial intelligence, digital technologies, business, medicine, and law. It aligns with Dubai's Economic Agenda and has already shown success, with 70% of current recipients enrolled in top 100 global universities.

Applicants must be UAE citizens who have completed their high school education during the 2023–24, 2024–25, or 2025–26 academic years. They must have a Dubai family register and not hold any other scholarships. Proof of enrollment in a suitable university and program, with full-time study abroad, is also required.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, and other related costs for undergraduate degrees at leading universities worldwide.
