Eligibility
Candidates must be non-French nationals, with a maximum age of 30 for master's programs and 35 for PhD programs as of March 6, 2017. Applications must be submitted through French educational establishments, which will nominate candidates. Previous applicants who were rejected are not eligible to reapply.
Benefits
Master's level includes a monthly allowance of €1,181, covering travel, social security, and cultural activities. PhD level includes a monthly allowance of €1,400 with similar coverage.
