ETH Excellence Master Scholarship Programme 2017 for International Students (Tuition Waiver and Stipend)

The ETH Excellence Master Scholarship Programme supports outstanding students from around the world who wish to pursue a Master’s degree at ETH Zurich, a leading university in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics located in Switzerland. The program offers two types of scholarships: the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) and the Master Scholarship Programme (MSP), both providing financial support for living and study expenses.

The Excellence Scholarship covers living expenses of CHF 11,000 per semester along with a tuition fee waiver, while the Master Scholarship provides a partial stipend of CHF 6,000 per semester and may include additional departmental support. This opportunity is designed for students who excel academically and are among the top 10% of their Bachelor’s program.

Open to excellent students from both ETH and other universities, including international students. Applicants must have a very good result in their Bachelor’s degree and belong to the top 10% of their program. English language proficiency may be required for non-native speakers.

Excellence Scholarship: CHF 11,000 per semester + tuition fee waiver. Master Scholarship: CHF 6,000 per semester + potential additional support.
