The EU Slovak Government Scholarships are designed for students from eligible developing countries who wish to pursue full-time higher education in Slovakia. This program supports Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral studies conducted in the Slovak language across various fields, including education, social sciences, business, and medical sciences.

The scholarships aim to encourage academically capable students to study in Slovakia, providing them with financial support through monthly stipends and one-time allowances upon commencement and completion of their studies.

Eligibility

Applicants must be nationals of a partnering developing country, aged between 18-26 for first and second-level studies, or 23-35 for third-level studies. They must demonstrate proficiency in Slovak as required by the public university they attend.

Benefits

Monthly scholarship of €280 for Bachelor and Master students, €330 for Doctoral students, plus one-time stipends of €35 at the start and €100 at the end of studies.
