France Eiffel Excellence Scholarship 2026
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship offers a prestigious opportunity for outstanding international students to pursue fully funded Master’s and PhD programs in France. This scholarship enables future global leaders to study at top French institutions in high-priority academic fields, including science, engineering, economics, law, and political science.

Eligibility
Open to non-French nationals only. Applicants must be under 27 years for Master’s (born after March 2000) and under 32 years for PhD (born after March 1995). Must apply for a Master’s or PhD program at a French higher education institution. Applications must be submitted by a French institution on behalf of the student.
Benefits
For Master’s students: Monthly stipend of €1,181, international return airfare, health insurance coverage, cultural activities, and networking support. For PhD students: Monthly stipend of €1,700, up to 12 months of funding, additional travel, insurance, and support benefits. Note: Does not cover tuition fees.
