Eligibility
Applicants must be Egyptian citizens residing in Egypt throughout the selection process. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of “Good” in humanities or social sciences and “Very Good” in scientific fields. Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through recognized tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo. Eligible fields include humanities, sciences, STEM, and arts, while certain medical and health-related programs are allowed only without clinical training. U.S. citizens, green card holders, or individuals affiliated with U.S. government or Fulbright organizations are not eligible. Preference may be given to applicants with limited international exposure.
