Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2027-2028
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program (FFSP) offers graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad the opportunity to study and conduct research in the United States. Funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE), this program aims to foster mutual understanding between the people of the United States and other countries.
This program is particularly suited for recent graduates and qualified candidates from various educational, cultural, and professional backgrounds. While doctoral program applicants are welcome, priority will be given to those applying for master's programs. Successful applicants will receive funding for a maximum of two years.
Eligibility
Open to graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad. Priority is given to applicants for master's programs. Recent graduates and qualified candidates from educational, cultural, and professional institutions are encouraged to apply.
