Georgetown University Global Competitiveness Leadership Program 2027 for Emerging Leaders from Latin America & the Caribbean (Scholarships Available)
The Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (GCL) 2027 at Georgetown University is a transformative leadership development initiative aimed at emerging leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean. This program combines virtual learning, mentorship, and in-person academic engagement to equip participants with the tools and networks necessary for expanding their social impact.
Running from January 11 to March 19, 2027, the GCL Program offers a unique hybrid experience that includes both online sessions and an intensive in-person component in Washington, D.C. Participants will engage in leadership workshops, collaborative projects, and networking opportunities with regional leaders.
Eligibility
Open to emerging leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean who are already making a meaningful impact in their communities. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and can apply for scholarships during the application process.
Benefits
The program fee is approximately USD $25,000, with scholarships available. Participants must contribute USD $3,500 towards participation costs, while the program covers instruction, materials, mentorship, accommodation, and basic medical insurance.
