Government of Morocco Scholarship 2026/2027 for International Students (Fully Funded)
The Government of Morocco invites applications for its Academic Cooperation Programme, offering 20 full scholarships for undergraduate, master's, PhD, and vocational training programs at Moroccan public universities and higher institutions. Eligibility
Applicants must be international students seeking to pursue undergraduate, master's, or PhD programs. For undergraduate studies, candidates should be aged between 19 and 23 years and hold a CAPE/Associate degree with good academic standing. Graduate applicants must hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic record.
Benefits
The scholarship covers a monthly stipend of 1750 Moroccan Dirhams (approximately 190 USD), one-way ticket at the beginning of the course, return ticket at the end of studies, and insurance. Additional support may be available for printing dissertations or theses for master's and PhD students.
