Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of developing countries, including but not limited to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus (democratic forces), Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guatemala, Jordan, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, and Zambia.
- Be ready to enroll in a full-time study program.
- Apply for bachelor's or master's degree programs.
