Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship for Emirati Students

The Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship offers exceptional Emirati students the opportunity to study at leading global universities. With an annual budget of AED1.1 billion, the program aims to prepare Dubai's future leaders by encouraging Emirati talent to pursue strategic fields that support the emirate’s growth. This scholarship is a significant investment in the future of the UAE, reflecting the vision of its leaders to foster sustainable development through education.

Each year, 100 fully-funded scholarships are awarded to outstanding Emirati graduates from public and private schools. Recipients can pursue bachelor’s degrees in various future-focused fields, including computer science, artificial intelligence, and medicine, among others. This initiative not only supports students in achieving their academic ambitions but also contributes to the UAE’s development journey by equipping them with the necessary skills and global exposure.

Eligible applicants must be Emirati students who have completed high school during the 2023-24, 2024-25, or 2025-26 academic years. They must hold a family book from Dubai and should not have received any other scholarship offers. Additionally, applicants must have a conditional or unconditional offer from an eligible university and commit to full-time study in the host country.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, and other related costs for studying at leading global universities.
