The Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme aims to support Emirati students by providing access to leading global universities. Launched under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this initiative prepares students to become future leaders of Dubai. The programme offers 100 fully funded scholarships each year, enabling students to pursue bachelor’s degrees at prestigious institutions worldwide.
Eligibility
This scholarship is open to Emirati students aged between 16 and 20 who have completed their high school education during the 2023–24, 2024–25, and 2025–26 academic years.
Benefits
The programme has a total budget of Dh1.1 billion, covering tuition and other expenses for 100 students each year.
