HEC Announces Romania Government Scholarships 2026

The Romanian government is offering fully funded scholarships for international students for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs in various academic disciplines for the academic year 2026–27. This opportunity is aimed at students seeking to further their education in Romania, providing them with a chance to experience a new culture and gain valuable knowledge in their fields of study.

However, it's important to note that fields such as Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy are excluded from this scholarship program. Interested applicants must apply online through the official Romanian scholarship portal, as applications submitted via email or post will not be accepted.
