Heinrich Böll Stiftung Scholarships 2026 for International Students (Fully Funded)

The Heinrich Böll Foundation offers scholarships for master’s and doctoral studies in Germany, aimed at both domestic and international students. With approximately 1000 scholarships available, this program supports a wide range of subjects and provides a fully funded opportunity for students to pursue their academic goals in Germany.

Eligible applicants include domestic and international students pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees. Refugees and students from Germany (including foreign students with education) can apply, provided they meet the enrollment requirements. All subjects and universities are eligible.
