The Hilde Domin Programme is a prestigious fully funded scholarship aimed at providing academic refuge in Germany for at-risk students and doctoral candidates worldwide. It offers a safe environment for individuals facing political, civic, or human-rights-related threats in their home countries, allowing them to pursue a master's degree or PhD at any recognized German university.

Applicants must be at personal risk, holding valid academic qualifications, and must not reside in Germany or the EU at the time of nomination.
