Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens of Belt and Road partner countries. For Master’s, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years of age. Strong academic background and proof of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent) are required, along with a research proposal for PhD applicants.
