International Parliamentary Scholarship 2026 for Young Graduates (Fully Funded)
The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) is a fully funded program that allows up to 120 politically and socially engaged young university graduates from around 50 countries to gain insights into Germany’s parliamentary system. This five-month program combines academic learning with practical parliamentary internship experience in Berlin, fostering intercultural exchange and democratic leadership skills.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend, free accommodation, travel expense coverage, and health insurance. The program is conducted in cooperation with leading universities in Berlin, enhancing the educational experience.
Eligibility
Applicants must be politically and socially engaged young university graduates from participating countries. Citizens from approximately 50 nations worldwide are eligible, including those from Europe, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Benefits
The scholarship covers a monthly stipend of 700 euros, free accommodation, travel expenses, and health, accident, and liability insurance.
