Islamic Affairs Council Scholarship 2026/2027 for International Students (Fully Funded)
The Islamic Affairs Council is offering a scholarship for international students studying at Al-Azhar University for the academic year 2026-2027. This scholarship aims to provide comprehensive scientific and cultural support while strengthening the intellectual ties between students and their communities worldwide.
Accepted students will benefit from a monthly financial grant, participate in various scientific workshops, seminars, and international conferences organized by the Ministry of Awqaf, and have opportunities for training and cultural activities across Egypt.
Eligibility
Applicants must be international students enrolled at Al-Azhar University, residing legally in Egypt, and not currently receiving any other scholarship in Egypt or funded by their home country. University students must have achieved a minimum grade of 'Good' in the previous academic year, while students from preparatory and secondary Azhar institutes must have passed.
