Eligibility
Applicants must be from IDB Member Countries and meet the following criteria:

- Possess the required academic background and professional/research experience in the related field.
- Demonstrate that their research proposal has development relevance to their country/institution.
- Nominated by their institution with the application signed and stamped by the Head of the institution.
