Eligibility
Applicants must hold citizenship of a country with diplomatic relations with Japan, be born on or after 2 April 1992, and have completed 16 years of formal education or hold a relevant degree. Strong physical and mental health, willingness to learn Japanese, and the ability to obtain a student visa are also required.
