KBO Youth Baseball Scholarship 2026

The KBO Youth Baseball Scholarship aims to support young baseball players from socially disadvantaged families, allowing them to pursue their dreams in baseball. This initiative has been running since 2018 and is part of KBO's commitment to social contribution.

Each year, KBO allocates approximately 240 million won for scholarships, providing monthly financial support to elementary, middle, and high school students. This scholarship not only helps alleviate financial burdens but also encourages youth to remain active in sports.

Applicants must be players from school baseball teams or registered with the Korea Baseball Softball Association (KBSA). Eligible candidates include elementary, middle, and high school students, starting from the fourth grade. Priority is given to students from low-income families, single-parent households, and those with disabilities.

Scholarships include monthly amounts of 200,000 won for elementary students, 400,000 won for middle school students, and 500,000 won for high school students.
