KOICA Scholarship Program 2027/2028 for DAC List Citizens (Fully Funded)
The KOICA Scholarship Program aims to train future leaders in partner countries to foster the socio-economic development of their home countries. It offers scholarships for both Master's and PhD degrees at participating universities in Korea, providing a comprehensive support package for selected candidates.
Eligibility
• Must be a citizen of a country among the DAC list (96 countries) • Holds a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s) or a Master’s degree (for doctoral programs) from a recognized institution • Must be a public official or publicly affiliated worker • Must meet the university’s selection criteria.
Benefits
The scholarships cover tuition, monthly allowance, airfare, accommodation, settlement allowance, scholarship competition grants, insurance, and extracurricular activities.
