Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens of KOICA ODA partner countries, employed by a government or public sector institution, and hold a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. Candidates should be under 40 years of age at the time of application, in good health, and have at least 2 years of work experience after their undergraduate degree. Permanent residents of South Korea or those already living abroad on a work permit are not eligible.

Benefits

The scholarship covers tuition fees, a monthly living stipend (KRW 900,000 for Master's and KRW 1,000,000 for PhD), round-trip airfare, a settlement allowance, a one-year Korean language course, international student health insurance, and accommodation.
