KU Leuven Youth & AI Scholarship 2026 for International Students (Fully Funded)
The KU Leuven Youth & AI Scholarship 2026 offers a unique opportunity for PhD researchers focusing on the impact of AI on youth. This fully funded program provides a monthly salary of €2,500, covers 100% of tuition fees, and includes a €10,000 research budget. With a strong emphasis on research for social good, this scholarship is part of the IAmAI Project, which aims to train 100 PhD researchers by 2030.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Candidates should be under 35 years old by 1 October 2026 and have a strong research proposal aligned with the 'AI for Youth' theme. Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required.
Benefits
The scholarship includes a net monthly salary of €2,500, full tuition coverage, a €10,000 research grant, a €200/month family allowance, and a one-time relocation grant of €1,500.
