Kyrgyz Students Can Win Full Scholarships to Study in Romania

Students from Kyrgyzstan now have a chance to pursue higher education in Europe, as Romania opens applications for its government-funded scholarship program for the 2026/27 academic year. This program offers opportunities across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in a wide range of fields, excluding medicine.

Successful applicants will receive full financial support, including free tuition, accommodation in university dormitories, and monthly stipends. Additionally, for those who do not speak Romanian, the program includes a free preparatory year to learn the language before starting their studies.

Candidates must be from Kyrgyzstan and demonstrate strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA equivalent to 4.0 (or 7 under the Romanian grading system).
