Leadership Director, Global Leadership Accelerator
Teach For All is seeking a Leadership Director for its Global Leadership Accelerator (GLA) to advance the organization’s vision of transforming education worldwide. The Accelerator aims to grow the leadership capacity of thousands of changemakers, including educators and social entrepreneurs, reaching millions of children across more than 60 countries.
The Leadership Director will join a global team dedicated to designing transformative leadership experiences and facilitating development programs. This role is crucial for cultivating deeply conscious leaders who challenge inequitable systems and create new opportunities in education.
Eligibility
Candidates must possess valid work and residency authorization in one of the following countries: Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, or Thailand. No visa sponsorship is available. A proven expertise in leadership development and experience in coaching leaders or working with senior executives is required.
