The Mandela Rhodes Scholarship 2027 is a transformative leadership journey for young Africans, offering financial support alongside a comprehensive leadership development program. Established in 2003, the Mandela Rhodes Foundation continues Nelson Mandela's legacy by nurturing future African leaders through scholarships and leadership training, focusing on reconciliation, education, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Eligibility
- Must be a citizen of an African country
- Aged between 19 and 29 in the year of applying
- Hold an undergraduate degree with excellent academic results (above 70% or upper-second class Honours) by 1 January 2027
- Able to study at a postgraduate level in English
- Committed to ethical leadership and advancing equality, freedom, and human dignity in Africa.
