
Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2026/27 for Young Africans (Fully Funded)
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Pan-Atlantic University offers full scholarships to exceptional young Africans facing financial or socio-economic barriers. This program prioritizes young women, refugees, and young persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusive access to world-class education and leadership development.
By empowering talented young people who might otherwise be unable to access higher education, the program aims to nurture dreams, build skills, and create opportunities for lasting impact. PAU is committed to educating 650 Scholars over ten years, with a focus on developing ethical, service-driven leaders who will transform their communities and the African continent.
Eligibility
Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, show leadership potential, and have financial need. They should have passed WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with 5 credits, including English and Mathematics, and have a UTME minimum score of 220. Priority is given to young women in STEM, internally displaced youth, and young people with disabilities.
