Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2026 for African Students (Fully Funded)

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Pan-Atlantic University is a transformative, fully funded scholarship initiative aimed at providing access to world-class education, leadership development, and career opportunities for exceptional young Africans facing financial and socio-economic barriers. This program not only offers financial support but also focuses on nurturing ethical, service-driven leaders who will drive meaningful change across Africa.

Selected scholars will benefit from full financial support, including tuition, accommodation, and living expenses, as well as structured mentorship programs and career guidance. The program prioritizes inclusion and aims to empower talented youth, especially those from underserved and underrepresented groups.

Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, having passed WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB with at least 5 credits, including English Language and Mathematics. A minimum UTME score of 220 is required. Candidates should also show leadership potential, a commitment to community impact, and financial need. Priority is given to young women, internally displaced persons, refugees, and young people living with disabilities.
