Mexico Government Scholarship 2026 for International Students (Fully Funded)
The Mexico Government Scholarship 2026, officially known as the Excellence Scholarships of the Government of Mexico for Foreigners, is a fully funded program aimed at supporting international students and researchers. This scholarship facilitates undergraduate mobility, master’s mobility, full master’s degrees, and research stays at Mexican universities.
Administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico through AMEXCID, the program fosters academic and cultural exchange, welcoming participants from around the globe to study and conduct research in Mexico. The scholarship covers tuition, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and airfare.
Eligibility
Open to foreign students and researchers applying for undergraduate mobility, master’s mobility, full master’s degrees, or research stays. Proficiency in Spanish is generally expected, as most academic programs are taught in Spanish, although some may offer courses in English.
