Mo Ibrahim Foundation University of London PhD Scholarships 2026/2027 for African Students (With Stipend)

Eligibility
Applicants must be new admissions starting September 2026, hold Overseas fee status, and have a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (UK or international equivalent). Preference is given to candidates ordinarily resident in Africa and those showing interest in governance and development in Africa.
