The NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded program designed to support young Nigerians from the Niger Delta region in pursuing postgraduate studies abroad. Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be from the Niger Delta Region (Ondo, Imo, Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Edo, Abia).
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Hold a First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (for Master’s applicants).
- Not belong to any cult group and have no criminal record.
- Have gained admission into a postgraduate program in a recognized foreign university.
