OYW AstraZeneca Scholarship 2026 in South Africa | Fully Funded
The OYW AstraZeneca Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded opportunity for young leaders worldwide to attend the One Young World Summit in Cape Town, South Africa from 2 to 7 November 2026. This program supports passionate advocates working on health equity, climate action, and health systems resilience. Selected scholars will receive comprehensive support including airfare, accommodation, meals, and a grant of USD $10,000 or $50,000.
This scholarship is aimed at individuals aged 18 to 30 who are committed to creating positive change in their communities. It provides a platform to connect with over 2,000 young leaders globally, build networks, and tackle pressing global challenges, all while focusing on achieving Sustainable Development Goal 3.
Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 18 to 30 and proficient in English. The scholarship is open to individuals from all countries with no nationality restrictions. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to health equity, climate action, or health systems resilience and be available to attend the full summit in Cape Town.
Benefits
The scholarship covers return airfare, accommodation, meals, local transport, and full access to the summit. Additionally, each fellow receives a grant of USD $10,000 or $50,000 to support their ongoing advocacy work.
