PEC Consultant for Inclusive Growth Index Framework 2026 (Remote Opportunity)
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is seeking a senior technical development professional to support the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) in finalizing and operationalizing the Inclusive Growth Index Framework (IGIF). This role involves automating and refining the IGIF to measure inclusive growth across Jamaica and CARICOM countries, ensuring a sustainable system that produces timely results.
The consultant will collaborate with PIOJ's technical units to enhance evidence-based policymaking through high-quality data and analytics. Key responsibilities include onboarding the IGIF, automating its lifecycle, strengthening data quality, and preparing a comprehensive handover package for sustainable internal ownership.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a background in data science, economics, statistics, or computational modeling. Experience in automating data processes and working with statistical systems is essential.
