
Postdoctoral Researcher in Biomarkers and Data Analysis
The Latin American Brain Health Institute (BrainLat) at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join projects focused on brain biomarkers, brain aging, and dementia risk in Latin America. This position is part of the international ReDLat consortium, which connects research centers across the Americas to study the factors influencing brain health in the region.
The selected researcher will engage in the analysis of biomedical and bioinformatic datasets related to brain aging and dementia, and will contribute to scientific publications, grant writing, and science communication activities.
Eligibility
Candidates must have recently obtained a PhD in data analysis, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or related fields, with training in biological sciences. Experience in biomedical or bioinformatic data analysis, programming skills in R and/or Python, and an interest in neuroscience, biomarkers, brain aging, and dementia risk factors are essential.
