Petroleum Technology Development Fund PTDF Scholarship 2026 for Nigerian Students (Fully Funded)

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) In-Country Scholarship Scheme (ISS) supports Nigerian students pursuing undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD studies in public universities. This initiative aims to build indigenous human capacity and expertise in petroleum technology for Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

Eligible fields include various engineering, science, and management courses, providing a comprehensive opportunity for students to excel in their respective disciplines while contributing to the national development of Nigeria's oil sector.

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens enrolled in public universities.

• Undergraduate: Must be in 200 level with 5 credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO including English & Mathematics and a minimum CGPA of 2.4/5.0.
• Master’s: Must have a minimum of 2:2 in an oil & gas-related field and provide relevant documents.
• PhD: Must hold a minimum of 2:2 first degree and a Merit in Master’s degree in an oil & gas-related field.

Covers full tuition, stipends for living expenses, and support for research (PhD).
