Romanian Government MFA Scholarship

The Romanian Government offers scholarships to non-EU students wishing to study at public universities in Romania. This scholarship covers full tuition fees and provides dormitory accommodation where available, along with a monthly stipend that varies by study level. However, the stipend is relatively low, making it essential for students to budget carefully and supplement their income.

Non-EU citizens only, with a minimum GPA of 7/10. Applicants must be under the age limit specified by the Ministry and cannot apply for fields in Medicine, Dental Medicine, or Pharmacy.

Covers full tuition fees, dormitory accommodation (subject to availability), and a monthly stipend of €65–85 depending on the level of study. Exemptions from visa and residence permit fees are also included. However, students are responsible for food, transport, and personal expenses.
