Saudi Government Scholarships for International Students 2026
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is offering fully funded scholarships in 2026 to international students who wish to study in its 27 public universities. These scholarships are part of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to education, research, and global cooperation, aligning with Vision 2030.
Saudi universities are gaining global recognition for their academic quality and research output. Students from over 200 countries are already enrolled, creating a multicultural environment. Selected scholarship holders enjoy full sponsorship benefits including tuition, housing, stipend, medical care, and travel.
Eligibility
International students from countries with Saudi embassies can apply. Applicants must be:
- 17–25 years old for undergraduate programs.
- Under 30 years for Master’s degree applicants.
- Under 35 years for PhD applicants.
- Hold attested certificates and provide a clean criminal record certificate.
- Pass a medical exam approved by the university.
- Female students must have a mahram (guardian) residing in the Kingdom.
