Eligibility
To be eligible for the Tzu Chi Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a partner state university or college.
- Be an incoming 2nd year college student.

- Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 2.25 (82%) with no failing or incomplete grades.
- Be a regular student and pass the interview and home visitation.
- Reside in Metro Manila or nearby areas in Rizal.
