Wanted: Senior Strategic Advisor (Agri-Tech & Bilateral Trade) (Uganda)
The Green Technology Transfer Fund (GTTF) is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to provide expert guidance in the integration of green technologies into Uganda's agribusiness sector. This role is crucial for fostering sustainable bilateral trade and knowledge transfer between Denmark and Uganda, ensuring the effective achievement of GTTF's objectives.
The advisor will lead initiatives in technology transfer, market entry support, and private sector engagement, while also navigating the institutional landscape in Uganda. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to climate-smart agribusiness practices and enhance the resilience of smallholder farmers.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a Master's or Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Agricultural Economics, Sustainable Development, or International Development. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in agriculture and technology innovation in Sub-Saharan Africa is required, along with proven expertise in bilateral trade facilitation.
