Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2026

The Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded opportunity aimed at young African leaders who are creating real-world solutions in education, employability, and entrepreneurship. This scholarship allows selected changemakers to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, gaining access to a global leadership development journey and networking with other leaders.

This initiative focuses on supporting grassroots solutions that address systemic challenges such as youth unemployment and limited access to quality education, making it a vital opportunity for those committed to social equity and impactful change.

To apply, candidates must:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old by November 2026
• Be a national and resident of an African country
• Lead an early-stage initiative with measurable impact
• Operate a formally registered not-for-profit organization
• Hold a primary leadership role (founder or key decision-maker)
• Not be supported by major corporate or institutional funders
• Be actively working in areas related to social equity.

The scholarship covers:

• Round-trip international travel to Cape Town
• Hotel accommodation during the Summit
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• Full access to the One Young World Summit
• Networking opportunities
• Participation in pre-Summit and post-Summit leadership programs.
