ACONA Professional Development Fellowship Program 2026-2027 for International Security Experts (Fully Funded)
The ACONA Professional Development Fellowship Program is a 10-month, high-level training initiative designed for rising international security experts and practitioners. Participants will engage in critical historical case studies, technological insights, and advanced negotiation skills in arms control. The program includes three negotiation boot camps and culminates in a Certificate in Arms Control Negotiation, connecting fellows with a global network of peers and mentors.

It is ideal for professionals in government, NGOs, and research institutions, as well as graduate students seeking to advance their careers in international security.
Eligibility
Applicants must have 3-5 years of professional or research experience in international security, arms control, negotiation, or diplomacy. Proficiency in English is required. The program is open to graduate students, early-career professionals, and practitioners from all nationalities, who can commit to full participation over the 10-month duration.
